If soup or a large salad is your choice, there’s nothing like cheese muffins to make it extra special.. You can use these delicious muffins at any time, with eggs for breakfast, as an after school snack, or with almost any meal.
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. fat melted1
- /2 cup grated cheese
Mix egg, milk, fat. Add dry ingredients all at once..
Grease muffin pans, Fill 2/3 full, Bake at 400 for 20 min.
*For plain muffins omit the cheese and change fat to ¼ cup.
